For Qualified Free Furniture Delivery

If you live within the Toronto Free Furniture Delivery Zone, furniture pieces are typically delivered within 1 week of the purchase date. Deliveries are made on a Saturday or Sunday unless otherwise arranged between Hollis Newton and the buyer. Hollis Newton will contact buyer within 3 business days to confirm date and time of delivery.

For Furniture Delivery

Outside of the Free Shipping Furniture Delivery Zone, but within North America, furniture may take up to 3 to 5 weeks weeks for delivery.  

Shipment is arranged through recognized carriers such as Purolator, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. A tracking number will be provided to buyer by email.

Shipping methods are determined by item size, type, fragility and specific characteristics. 

Shipping costs are calculated based on carrier rates, delivery distance and packing complexity.

For Accessory Parcel Delivery

Smaller items are typically delivered within 2 weeks of the purchase date and arranged through Purolator. A tracking number will be provided to buyer by email.

 Returns - Claims

  • Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies.
  • Trucking damage claims must be reported to the driver upon delivery. Failure to note damages/shortages on delivery receipt may result in claims being denied.
  • Claims must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery.
  • Hollis Newton will not accept freight/common carrier damage claims. All breakage claims are to be addressed directly to the carrier and damages must be reported to the driver upon delivery.
  • No returns will be accepted without our return authorization (RA) number and must be returned with appropriate packing material.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.
  • All items must be returned in the condition they were received.
  • Any return shipped and received back to Hollis Newton with broken product because of inadequate packing material will not be credited.
  • Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to all shipping charges incurred.
  • All returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
